Shrimp with Herb Dip

This is a great appetizer to serve.
3 lbs. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
DIP
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. dried basil, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
dash of salt, black pepper to taste
dash of chilli pepper (optional)
Procedure:
Combine parsley, basil and mayonnaise. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
